Mainboard-listed Addvalue Technologies, the global developer and supplier of mobile satellite terminals, has posted a profit after tax of $1.4 million for the three months ended 30 June 2010 (Q1 FY2011), reversing the net loss of $0.6 million in Q1 FY2010.
Addvalue says it recorded a turnover of $5.9 million for Q1 FY2011 compared to $0.7 million for Q1 FY2010. Robust demand for a wider range of its Inmarsat-centric products and continuing demand for its Sabre 1 BGAN Terminals, particularly to meet orders for the May 10 Philippines National Elections, boosted turnover.
