Koh Brothers Group Ltd said on Wednesday that its net profit for the second quarter of 2010 fell 27 per cent from a year ago to S$2.41 million as intense rivalry hit margins in its building materials unit.
Sales for the quarter was up 18 per cent at S$91.84 million.
The construction group warned of continued 'intense' price competition in its building materials division going forward.
